It’s no surprise that early in the New Year gym memberships soar as people are looking to shed their stubborn pounds. If you’ve tried everything under the sun to lose weight but haven’t been able to, we’re pleased to provide an effective solution here at Bond Chiropractic and Natural Health.

Our Weight Loss and Metabolic Improvement Plan

Many weight loss or other health programs on the market today have their clients do radical diet changes that are unsustainable. The result: people gain their weight back, and their health reverts to a poor state. Dr. Bond’s approach is effective as it incorporates changes and coaches you in a way that will help you achieve your personal health goals now. His program is also sustainable, so you can maintain the progress long after your program is completed. That’s why Dr. Bond developed the weight loss and metabolic improvement plan.

Over the last two years, Dr. Bond has opened registration for his weight loss and metabolic improvement plan in January and June. For this January registration period, he is expanding the number of clients he will take to 20 individuals.

The program is six months in length. Those who sign up will get the following:

  • A plan that is designed around you. Dr. Bond doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all philosophy when it comes to health. That’s why all of his recommendations and plans will be specific to your current health and what your health and weight goals are.
  • Specific blood work to get a full picture of where your current health is and where improvements will need to be made. All blood work results will be explained in detail. 
You will have scheduled visits every two weeks in person at Dr. Bond’s office or virtually via FaceTime, Skype or over the phone.
  • Direct 24/7 access to Dr. Bond. This access will be by telephone or text message for questions, concerns, and advice.
  • Monthly shopping trips to Publix, Walmart, and Target. These trips will be scheduled with Dr. Bond to show you how to shop healthily and how to read a nutrition label properly.
  • A binder with your plan the week of your scheduled start date. This program will serve as your go-to reference guide. Your plan will be written by Dr. Bond himself and will outline everything in detail.
  • Daily motivation and encouragement to keep you on track. Dr. Bond wants to see you succeed and will be there every step of the way to make sure you stay focused.

Here are some statistics from our June 2018 clients:

Three Males

Average Start Weight: 264 lbs.

Average End of Program Weight: 210 lbs.

Average Body Fat Percentage at Start: 34.4% (Normal Range: 18-24%)

Average End of Program Body Fat Percentage: 23.8%

Seven Females 

Average Start Weight: 193 lbs.

Average End of Program Weight: 146 lbs.

Average Body Fat Percentage at Start: 38.9% (Normal Range: 25-31%)

Average End of Program Body Fat Percentage: 27.1%

In addition to our June 2018 registrants improving their body composition significantly, many of them were taken off prescription medications for health issues like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, restless leg syndrome, and pain management.
